Conditions for return or replacement of products

1. Customers can change the product purchased from store.fashion-ec.asia.
   Products that change or return, must be in perfect condition with the product label attached and still not being used and washing. Products that have already been opened cannot be changed or returned.
2. The product can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

4. Order items that receive premiums or use discount coupons cannot return products at all channels.
5. FECA reserves the right to refuse to return or change all products, for underwear, socks, miscellaneous products and products in packaging that have already been opened.

Packaging and other expenses other than product cost not refundable.

FECA reserves the right to approve and change conditions in all cases, without notice.

Refund conditions

Refunds will be made in the event of a return, products in the order list are incomplete, or the cancellation of the order. The refund method will depend on the payment method used to place the order.
