Conditions for return or replacement of products

Products that change or return, must be in perfect condition with the product label attached and still not being used and washing. Products that have already been opened cannot be changed or returned.

- Order items that receive premiums or use discount coupons cannot return products at all channels.
- FECA reserves the right to refuse to return or change all products, for underwear, socks, miscellaneous products and products in packaging that have already been opened.
