Measures for protection and maintenance of complainer’s confidential information.

In order to protect the rights of complainers and informants who give information honestly, Store.fashion-ec.asia shall not disclose names, addresses, or other information which may lead to the identities of complainers and informants. We will treat the information of complainers and informants as confidential. It will be disclosed only among persons in charge of investigating the complaints.

Persons who acquire the information due to the job duty are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the information of complainers and informants, details of complaints and evidences. It is prohibited to disclose the information to other persons who are not related, except when it is required by laws.

Procedures after receiving complaints

Store.fashion-ec.asia shall consider the complaints immediately, inform related departments to investigate the incoming complaints and solve them appropriately. Store.fashion-ec.asia shall follow up the complaints regularly. The related department shall notify results of the investigations within a suitable duration to the complainers without fee.
